Osvaldo is a hard-working person. He does his best to come off as one of the nicest people you would ever meet but, for some reason there is a darkness coming off of him and this store. Maybe it's because people from the Doll Cult, The Puppet Masters, also come to this shop often. Along with the fact that his coworker/"boss" is mischievous and is constantly scaring others for fun while people shop at least on the days he's known to be there.
