I like how certain details stand out (for example, the way you drew part of the hair with a lot of detail, and left the rest of it flat so that it blends in with the background). All so peaceful and lovely. I really like how there are two areas - above and under water, and how the colors change between them. And omg his hand is just amazing. I love the girl's face and expression. She looks so... Calm, and satisfied.
I really love your technique! It's really special. I love how it looks simple and clean and still you can see all the details and shading etc..

This is absolutely LOVELY! If I were you I'd put it in the traditional category, really.
And what really drew me was the title. I adore T.S. Eliot. And yeah, this is pretty much what Prufrock is wishing for. Love, and above all, acceptance, while not having to conform to everyone else. I always thought the narrator in this was portrayed as a whiny baby, but it's still one of my favorites.
But back to the drawing. I simply just love the partly submerged look, and the hair. Oh, the hair! Mad skills, dude. Props to you.
