Not sure if this is Sci-Fi, Still Life, or what... so under Landscapes & Scenery this goes until someone tells me otherwise.In the 'ol Greg Martin style. I purposely didn't use any of his tutorials this second time to see if I could sort of feel my way through it. This is, basically, a retake on .. I think the title is 'Euphoria' .. because that was the last image in my mind and it stuck -- not to mention I rather like the blue and orange effect. I should try and stray from it next time.
PS 7, a few hours (the best estimate I can give is at least two and a half hours -- but under four and a half. I don't keep track of time very well)
EDIT: Hereby dubbed '.promise.' instead of '.untitled.' by order of Lord Samuel. Also changed category now.

Sun is def. a bit to bright, but its amazing replication of Greg martin, can tell you didnt rip him luckily, thumb nail made me worry lol

A little too intense in the upper right for my taste, but the rest is nice. Try shaping the nebula into some well-known symbol, that'll be neat.

This is absolutely incredible. I am literally speechless; I can't find words to describe how perfect this is in terms of realism and aesthetic value. I'm a big fan of Photoshop space art and do a little myself now and then, and this has to be the best implementation of techniques I have seen to date. Brilliant work.

i would upload it into sci-fi - most of these pics go into sci-fi category. even if it's a space 'scenery'. however... great wallpaper with nice details. only the sun exposure is a bit high. - nice work

I don't normally comment on pictures, as you may have noticed, but this was not entirely what I was expecting, so, not only was it a surprise, but I am awed by the amount of effort that has obviously been put into this piece. I'm absolutely horrid with scenery or anything like the sort, but this is so incredibly inspiring. The detail is fantastic, and the way that it is mystical and unreal it still appears realistic and possible. Agreeable, the orange and blue contrast also adds an amazing amount to an already wholesome piece.
I think I may have to favourite this, for the effort and the detail involved. Summary, I'm in shock. o_o
