Wow! Don't you have any tutorial that teaches how to paint in gray scale? I'm learning how to paint comic book pages in gray scale. The shades of gray, how to make it consistent throughout the pages and blending is still a big challenge for me.

So you mean to tell me YOU'RE "Wei" ? This is your finished work? --> [link]
If it is not you are ripping off someone else's work - whether intentional or not unless you refer to the creator of this image.
To say the character is owned by Blizzard is not enough seeing as you are ripping off someone else's hard work if you are not the creator whose signature is "Wei".

I do not understand how this is ripping off someone else's work, its not like I took the image and slapped my signature on it, I just used it as a reference, I understand that I didn't place acknowledgement of the original artist, I'm pretty sure it was concept art for blizzard anyways so technically they own it.

Take it from someone who got their art taken down - I used an artwork for reference and did some major changes to it, but still it was taken down because I did not acknowledge the original artist.
There may be a difference between making changes like I did, and on the other hand "copying" as you did - but for your own sake you should acknowledge the author with a link to the original (which I gave you) unless you want to risk your art taken down as they did mine.
