This is a drawing I drew earlier today after I found a shot from a scene from the movie Tarzan. I looked at it and immediately thought of one of my characters from my passion project, LycanShade. However, I also wanted to draw this because this was an updated design idea I had for one of the characters named Yuriya, which was her wearing a pelt like hide of the Gerora that saved her and gave her half of its lifespan. At first, I left it as a black and white drawing, but I wanted to colour it and test out some of the markers and pens that I had. However, some parts weren't working too well. So I used a few paints in those little parts. Also, the colours you see here might not the final colours for the character designs and are subject to change. I just wanted to try a few colours to see if they work or not. This was tough and a bit tricky at certain points but I had fun making this and I like how it turned out. So here it is.

So here is Yuriya, up a huge tree within the forest that she lives in, snarling at possibly some unwelcome visitors or maybe something else. I'll leave it up to you (there is no wrong answer)
