I can't stop tinkering with this one. I think it is very closed to finished, but each time I look at it I feel inclined to correct something or the other. I am almost certain that this one is overworked already.


Colored with inks on a 9" x 12" ampersand claybord. Scratched using fiberglass brushes and art knife. Reference picture by Maria-Schreuders  www.deviantart.com/maria-schre…

Can you correct perfection?  I think this is just beautiful and  perfect right down to that little scar across his nose and those beautiful ghostly  blue eyes!  He is a magnificent creature and your art is amazing!
