Why am I reminded of a scene where a guy got hit on the head, went into a psychic's hut at the mall, the psychic had an ice bag and an arm sling on the table. The guy used the ice bag for his head then asked about the arm sling and the psychic said "It's be best if you pay in advance." The guy was unemployed at the time.
