I found myself drawing some surprisingly cute designs of Horus & Anubis in my sketchbook while we were translating a spell of protection in Middle Egyptian, and, having grown quite fond of them since, I figured they were worth posting. I think I'll play around with this style a bit more, perhaps draw up some t-shirt designs or something. We shall see.

I swear, if these were available on t-shirts, I wouldn't even hesitate, I'd just somehow click my way over to buying one. They're adorable. I've loved Egyptian mythology since I was little, and am currently studying it as an extension of my archaeology curriculum (and because I really just wanted an excuse to) so this really tickled me. They're two of my favorites, too. Fantastic work
