i LOVE it! The outfit, and the way the hair falls over the eyes. =^.^= The collar and shackle-chains are nice too.
One criticism: the socks. i know, you mean to be floppy and what not, maybe work the shading if you ever edit this, as to make it more obvious, because the feet make me stop and say "wait...oh okay, loose fit socks", and i think the image of the mitten on his foot is silly though. Or just make them form-fitting to clear it up, because it's confusing at first glance.
Either way, that's not enough to not favorite this ^_^ i still proclaim this my favorite cat-boy original ever =^.^=

The coloring is awesome, and so is the face, however, the shoulders look very feminine
