Might I ask where this picture happened to spawn from? It's so bright and cheery. I love the contrast of the colors between the bright foreground and the darker green background.

Thank you so much! I have recently been so in love with this flower I saw at a garden, it was called a "sunset" flower! My drawing is actually pretty inaccurate since I went off memory of when I sketched it in the garden haha! I've just been drawing it a lot lately in my sketchbook, then it kind of just evolved! Definitely trying to be bolder with my backgrounds! I'm usually very timid and leave it white or a very light wash
