A digimon created by failed data that is patched together as Saikomon. The patched parts barely holds together. Like his champion, it's not known how it looks under the straightjacket, if he keeps unknown data from other digimon in order to look complete on the outside. As MutatiSaikomon, he just didn't became more insane, he became a mindless destructive monster. It walks around on all fours, but is able to stand upright if needed. The data of his right eye was never found, so it's just empty.

Name: MutatiSaikomon (Mutati from mutation, and Saiko which is japanese for psycho. So in all the name means Mutated Psycho Monster)
