The Dark Crystal and The Labyrinth are still a couple of my favorite movies. Jim Henson and Brian/Wendy Froud are a huge inspiration to me. ^_^

Yeah there's a lot of people I know who are a little more creeped out by them all than anything XD I've always preferred those kind of characters to the more 'pretty' things you see today but ah well, to each their own.

Especially from this angle, he reminds me a bit of those plague doctors, with the long snout mask they kept flowers in (to keep the plague out - LOL! What suckers! )

Ahh I love plague doctor masks... and big nosed critters. hehe... I've actually worked on trying to make little masks like those for future faerys. x3
And you silly boy! The perfumes in the masks were only used to help them cope with the smell of death and rot! : D I don't know if it worked but they looked cool as hell anyway! haha!
