It probably looks 'wild and expressive' because that's my stress showing through from trying to successfully glue it all on haha
I've found thicker fur to use lately so that definitely helps too. ^_^

Thank you! I understand the mixed feelings but for me I've grown up in a very rural area and many of us here raise our own animals and hunt so it's kinda second nature to me to use these kind of materials. Just an old fashioned way of life I spose. ^_^
If it makes you feel better the only 'fur' I ever use come from tibetan sheep trimmings from family farms (just when they get a little hair cut :3 ) All other fur is faux fur.
