Love the eyes, super realistic. The lighting is also great. I wist the background wasn't white though, it would be easier to see on a neutral grey, especially because your highlights are so white. His mouth seems a little too narrow for me, I don't know it looks kinda almost like hes slightly pursing his lips. I would also gibe the hair SLIGHTLY more volume, just to even out the outline.
