Haha not particularly. I'm really bad at the character backgrounds part of making characters. He was part of some story idea I had year and years ago about Pandora's box or something. He is supposed to be the embodiment of pollution and all the bad things people do to the earth something something. He's a punky pollutant

Yeah I've noticed alot of East Coatsers smoke. I hardly knew anyone in CA that smoked. Also I know Europeans are really bad about it. I think the most ironic thing is when any kind of medical professional is a smoker. That never makes any sense to me.
