Just a silly opinion from a watcher: Most of your issues between feminine and masculine happen around the chin area. Females as a stereotype tend to have less prominent chins, whereas the visual stereotype for men make them stand out more. You also tend to give them larger eyebrows, which is also a masculine trait. But that's just what I've noticed!
Since neither are present on this image, it looks more feminine than usual! The face looking backwards is quite masculine though, and I'm betting on the chin as the culprit.
That's just my take on it of course! Haha.
