This photo manipulation / digital painting portrays a scene from Chapter 19, 'The Silver Doe', from the book "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows".

I had this picture in my head as I was re-reading recently, and I am very proud to have brought it to fruition exactly as I imagined it

++ If you haven't read it and don't want a SPOILER, DON'T READ ON and don't look too closely hehe ++

The emotional inspiration is actually chapter 33, 'The Princes Tale', when Dumbledore asks if Snape had developed an affection for Harry, and Snape exclaims "For Him?!" and casts the silver doe patronus -- a symbol of his eternal love and devotion to the memory of Lily Evans -- hence "for her."

My piece portrays the scene where, while camping in the Forest of Dean, Harry is led by the mysterious silver doe to the place where the Sword of Gryffindor lies frozen in the ice waiting for him.

I did not attempt to make Harry match the likeness of the movie actor.
