"A book about voidsent, yes", naadi nodded.

They were creatures grown twisted in mind and body due to being deprived of ambient aether needed for survival - and naadi knew that minna had a very personal problem with a being of that kind. Therefor, even if they were actually looking for a book about different kind of poisons to help dorian with his body he took one about voidsent, too. Though he didn't want to admit it as the official reason, so he told a fib: "You know, they've become a serious topic lately, so I thought it would be wise to get informations about them and how to defend ourselfes". Stealing books out of a magic guild wasn't the best thing to do but...these were urgent matters. He wanted to help dorian - and he also wanted to help minna which had a sad look on her face more often these days. Seeing his dear friend suffering like that made his heart feel heavy, especially after hearing about the secrets she was suffering from. "This is amazing...you are amazing naadi!", minnas eyes were sparkling as she started grinning over her whole face.

Ah, this was the face he was wishing to see. It suited her so much better. "Not only did you find these books in the short time we were there, you also brought them with you!", she closed the distance between the two of them. Their shoulders were touching by now.

"Well, uhh..", true, he wanted to cheer her up, but he didn't expect her to praise him like that. He wasn't sure what to say about it. Amazing? Him? But he was useless. It's what everybody said. As if she heard his thoughts she answered: "You are so much more than everybody else believes! They just don't see how great you are".

..What?

Naadi felt his cheeks getting hot as he looked into her charming face. She was still smiling - a warm and gentle smile filled with admiration that was only ment for him.

He was more than everybody believed? So he wasn't a good-for-nothing? Was he really able to be usefull for once? To help someone important to him?

His heart was pounding faster than usual and he felt tingly...was he that happy? Something was odd...but it didn't feel odd in a bad way. What was it?

All he knew was that he felt really happy to see minna smiling from all her heart, it was all he needed at that moment...

Sooo I've been gone for a very long while now but I didn't stop with drawing! Actually these two cuties got back my motivation as I intend to draw more of them in the future! Ladies and gentlemen let me present you: Naadi and Minna. The derpy catboy, naadi, is my ff14 character while Minna, stunning beautiful goddess, is a character made by SoundlessRoom I totally adore their story and therefor more of my little novels are going to follow. Look forward to it! or don't, I will write them anyway XD
