Well, you made an emoticon, but whether you've mastered imageready, you can't really tell from the emoticon. It also looks like you just ripped the dancing emoticon (maybe you asked for permission, but you didn't really mention that in the description) and put a hideous background and glow sticks.

try hiding all the layer but the one you are drawing on. I had the same problem when I used to animate.
