This is Marqueen, the possiblity for a Water Guardian, and also my contest entry forI went excesive with the markings again, why do I do that with Water dragons?? Am I turning into a Mary Sue? Dear lord I hope not. I....I just love markings so much! And with my New and sparkly shading style it's so beautiful!
I'm making her ref right now, but for now, a bit of info. She's Drake's older Western Dragon Sister, joyful right?

magic wand and 50 ocapacity on the color black. It gives much better results if you're going for a cell shade look

MS Paint and Gimp
and no, I've never come in contact with a tablet, I draw with a mouse. I use Paint for the linearts, Gimp does the rest
