This is one of the best shots of this genre that I've seen in a long time. It's tough to do this kind of piece without it coming across as totally cliche anymore, but you've avoided that nicely here with the focus not on the beauty of the natural scene, but rather on the "last man standing" in the center ground. The hues and colors of the sky are magnificent, and the lazy, fluffy formation of clouds down the middle top of this could'nt have been better. I also really enjoy how the beach at the forefront of the shot is so very dark, almost a solid mass of blackness. What would almost end up looking omnious and cliche actually turned out unqiue and solid.

yes, the clouds are ominous, dark and menacing.. yes, the title is very, very cool. and the picture, in general, is brilliant. love the colors, love the silhouetted man, love the composition.

this one is pretty nice, I like the angle here..
the clouds and silhoutte are wonderfull but off centred would be better I think

Let me just say something about the colors of this piece...they hit me directly in the eye

Combined with a solitary darkened figure and the entire atmosphere comes to life. I also think it's aptly titled and the bordering is very slick and professional. Keep it up, my friend.

Beautiful... Simply beautiful...! There's nothing more I can say about it, specially critiques. All I can say is that you're definitely a gifted guy. Everything in this photo (as in many others in your gallery) seems to be perfect. The colour balance, the concept, the quality, the frame... It's all there! I can only hope that one day I'll be able to achieve this kind of quality in my work.
