Yeah, agreed. It's unlikely that Baby Peach even has sexual attractions yet, let alone would even think of doing lesbianism (contrary to what people like Lena Dunham would claim).
Not to mention, breasts aren't merely justΒ present for decoration, as they serve a purpose as nourishing factories. That's in fact why we're called "mammals," since the termΒ derives from "mammary gland," the organ for developing milk that the young nourish over until they get teeth.
