1970's and 1995 Mr. Tickle: Lucky...Present day Mr. Tickle: ??? (O_o)~?
Somehow, a few of the Mr. Tickle versions meet together, the past Mr. Tickles were in for a surprise.

Here's what I found on TV Tropes' "Rubber Man" part on their "The Mr. Men Show" tropes page: "The original cartoon had his arms extra-long the entire time, but the animators found this too hard to animate in the new version."

I don't know, the older Mr. Tickles' looks seem to be more like "Who is this freak?" or "What's wrong with his arms?" than "Lucky!"
A nice concept, though, all three of them together.

I was just reading Superman vs. The Flash stories. Those races must've messed up the spacetime continuum so badly. Yeah, I guess being able to retract your extraordinarily long arms is better than dragging them around all day.

Oh my, poor Tickles. Especially the present Mr. Tickle noticing the odd looks in the past Tickles' eyes when they look at his short arms.
