Those who have been with me for a few years probably remember I used to draw in the form of manga, I think I changed that back in 2008-2009but recently I've seen this certain shojo-style I've always adored, and it's giving me this nostalgia feel every time.. (i'm thinking about artists here on dA like , & who are amazing manga artists, where it's cute, but not this super shiny modern cute - as said, reminds me of styles I used to read manga in)
SO yesterday on a movie-set when I was no more needed I sat down and wanted to know if I still had some of it in me ! and hey ! I think this turned out pretty good, what do you say?

Aahh so great. Haha my friend is like you, where she loved manga at a young age and always drew it, but then moved on to create a style for herself. Whenever she draws manga again, I can see the love she used to have/still harbors for it. Haha it starts a lot of us out in art! Very cute though. I adore the style!
