History
Cara Torrido was born in the Sinnoh region in Pastoria City to a typical, middle class family. When she was twelve, Team Galatic overran her town and destroyed her home, and her family was forced to relocate. At fifteen, she decided that she'd had enough of ne'er-do-wells and set off to do something about it.
Now, Cara Torrido is a ninteen year old trainer currently living in Lavaridge Town. She doesn't stay much in the city; instead, she frequents the harsh desert nearby, in search of work.
Cara is a sort of "bounty hunter for hire," using her Pokemon to track down and defeat the person of her client's choice.
At first, she took up this line of work only to hunt 'bad guys.' Now, however, her morality has become ambiguous, and she'll take on nearly any request offered... for the right price.
She's entering the Battle Frontier for the thrill of the challenge. Cara is certainly not fond of the severe climate change in Snowpoint, but she's excited to go. Her work is dull and exhausting, so she wants to go out and meet other strong trainers.

Saru was Cara's very first Pokemon. She got him while he was just a small Shinx before she left for the Hoenn region. He became a strong veteran of battle through hard training in the desert.

Herc - Heracross - Male
Nature: Hardy
Ability: Guts

Bio:
Herc came into Cara's life by falling out of a tree onto her head. He was a goofy klutz then, but now he is undoubtedly the powerhouse of the team (he's still a goofy klutz).

Cig - Shiny Rapidash - Female
Nature: Modest
Ability: Flash Fire

Bio:
Cig, or Ciggy, was offered as a reward for one of Cara's 'jobs,' early into her career. She got the name 'Cig' because her blue fire reminded Cara of smoke. ()

Raphael - Golduck - Male
Nature: Timid
Ability: Cloud Nine

Bio:
Raph is a bit of a gag... He was found as a Psyduck, who nearly fell into the hot springs at Lavaridge because he was so blind. Cara took him in, hoping the idiocy would wear off with some hard training.... It didn't.

Tony - Honchkrow - Male

Bio:
Tony is a very shady character. As a Murkrow, he ran an illegal ring of Lopunny 'escorts' and pure Rare Candies from his family's headquarters in Eterna Forest before he was caught by Cara. He manages Cara's finances now, because he doesn't care much for training.

Gizmo is Cara's most recent addition to the team. She found him because his characteristic red spikes stuck out of the sand. He is not looking forward to Snowpoint. At all.
