Description its been 5 months since i stopped painting now i am back for summer

at that time i was back with graphic design i haven't done any painting i just done this recently yesterday

hooray for summer!!

this is another random OC drawing, i was inspired at the smoke fish... well it was tasty so i made a monster version of it >w< haha

can I ask for tutorial? I mean the brush you used and the prog you used if possible I like how it turned out O.O

i use photoshop for effects, then sai for some blending, then open canvas for some brush smudges i am really random hehe i dunno how to make tutorials because i paint randomly >w< depends on my mood lang hehe
