Commission from my best customer, of her dog, Reilly.He stands approx. 3 inches (from top of head to front paw). This plush is very cute in person. And I would like to announce (proudly of course), that this is the first needle felted plush I have ever made thats standing. 'tis a special moment XD
I hope she enjoys him!

Does it cost alot for needle felting?

My prices, I consider pretty cheap (since I'm friends with artists that sell little dogs that are only 2-3inches for $40...I consider that too expensive, and at the moment I'm only charging $18, for a dog the same size. So basically I'm paying myself $2.50 or less an hour, since it takes me awhile to just make one).

ARGH...i want to try needle felting soo bad. but i cant get my paws on any books!!!!...thereβs one called "Fleece dog" but i cant find it anywhere else but on the internet...and its like $25!....
BUT ANYWAYS....i love this little guy the colors and the craftsmanship is totally amazing, but i mean come on, its you! your so talented. Iβm so jealous

Yes! I've heard about that book, and I agree its expensive. But you can sometimes find kits on eBay for like $30 and you get the book, needles and wool (and the instructions of course). Thats usually the way to go, since it give you everything you need opposed to just the book.
