You should really try to make these look like full blown characters, without the stickarms and simplebodies. I bet you could get your own drawing style going with stuff like this, because the outlines are simple, but you put a lot of detail into it.

I suck at drawing arms and legs, that's one of the reasons I use this style.
And If I tried to make them more detailed, they wouldn't be chibi, and that's what I prefer doing.
Also, I only draw these pictures for fun. If I tried to draw really detailed and brilliant pictures, I would get annoyed, and then there would be no point in me doing them..

Well, it's up to you. I'm not saying that you would have to make realistic arms or legs, just something not sticks, because with your detailed body colors, they look a bit out of place. Maybe pole arms and ball hands, even would be impressive with this style. You don't have to drift from the chibi style.
