Commission for -Her oc Chivy. He's supposed to have no sense of what colors match and what don't....but I quickly discovered if you wear enough colors, you eventually match xD; Aw man the clothes gave me such a hard time OTL But I think what I came up with in the end worked out.
I'm quite fond of this chibber :'D
