You know something? I always come to DA to watch whether you've posted a new page of your lovely doujinshi. Today I'm lucky, that's all what I need.
Mostly I just have a few minutes, so I can't properly comment as you'd deserve. Today, I feel like stealing a few minutes more.
I absolutely love this page! Sasuke is so IC, but ignoring Naruto won't make him go away or mch less discourage him.
In the second panel, there are so many people, I'm amazed. Is that Captain Yamato sitting all alone at the last table on the left side? And in front of him, I see Kakashi, right? I also see the couple in the middle who asked for staying together (and evoked in Naruto the idea to his sly request XD) and on the right side there's either Gai or Rock Lee. The guy in front of Gai, can it be Kakashi's father? That ponytail looks familiar.
I'm surprised they also were able to capture Gaara. He doesn't look very happy. The guy right to him walking by also looks familiar, Pain, maybe? He looks interesting with his beard.
You put so many information in the second panel, no wonder the page cost you much time. But I love it, so don't rush yourself. Just go on as you did before. Whether it's a week or a month doesn't matter, just continue.

I can't confirm too much of your speculation to avoid spoilers, but while I did put quite a few well known people in there, there's also a lot of randoms.
I think having too many strong shinobis in one facility would be too dangerous for this organisation.
