First thing I'd like to say, is that I came across this when looking up 'Writer's block' because I was currently suffering from it. This is one of those pieces where you could just say, "Lol, that's so true".
Vision: Well, these error messages are just about one of the easiest things to make, and it doesn't look very... special.
Originality: You can find millions of Error messages, and you can find many writer's block-themed art works. Though I musy say I've never seen these combined before.
Technique: Well, sorry, I can't give much for this... after all, all you do is type a few word in a generator... But I like the idea.
Impact: Imapact is a hard one here... I mean, I'm sure many people can relate to this, and will smile at it, or even laugh, saying "So true, so true", but it's impact overall, when you see it at first isn't too great either. I mean, It's a grey and blue box with writing.

I appreciate the sentiment and I know that the error message is un-origional and even overdone, but like you said, when i was making this i was thinking
"oh, thats funny, i bet alot of people feel like this too."
As a writer, writers block is literally the bane of my existence.

I know, right? But I find that writing at midnight or in a different area helps. Also, interviewing characters (I'm not crazy, I promise!) gives me some idea of how they'll react to a situation.
