when she's all grown up, I will make her look super pretty and mature *^*~

Join Date | Reason: Cycle 2 Moon 1
Sage had decided to join The Cause because she learned of a mysterious Black Cat
who uses herbs to heal, she hopes to learn from her and increase her knowledge on herbs.
She has yet to learn of The Cause's nature against the Clans, but she believes these
are the cats she wants to live with. The barn being very comfortable, and hunting
almost easy, even for a lousy hunter like her, she wouldn't starve to death~

Personality: Outgoing - Open-minded - Attentive - Mischievous - Curious - Independent - Understanding - Moody

Outgoing - Sage is pretty loose most of the time, while she doesn't have a preference of either
being with others or being alone, she likes being in the company of other cats. Even if they are
cats she has never met. She doesn't usually go looking for friends to make but when she comes
across one, she's quick to pad over to them.

Open minded - She's very open-minded to new ideas and doesn't take the facts all too seriously.
She would listen to others without judging them for what they are or what they believe in or what
they did in the pass. Its not about before but what they are now.

Attentive - She's always paying attention to the world around her, she doesn't like changes in her
territory and would usually notice it right away, then try and put it back the way it was before.
She's also a pretty good listener... if she's not too sleepy, otherwise she would drift off in the middle~

Mischievous/Curious - While Sage seems a bit mature for her young age, she is still only a young kit!
Always finding ways to get her into trouble. Sneaking away from home, rolling out in a patch of Sage
or Catnip, even bringing some home so her siblings would spazz away from being high on Catnip! Her
curiosity nature came from that, loving to find out what plants could do to her. Some say curiosity
killed the cat, and her Mother would warn her not to nip at random herbs. Poor Sage puked up from
testing a patch of Yarrow Leaves she stumbled across one day.

Independent/Understanding - Ever since Sage turned 5 moons old, she much preferred going out to
hunt than to eat the stale kittypet food at home, of course she was never good at it, but she always
continued to try. She preferred doing things on her own sometimes and take care of herself. But even
though sometimes she likes things her way, she's understanding when someone more wise than
herself knows better, she can tell when she herself is wrong and that she have to step down and
let someone else take over.

Moody[At times] - There are just times she gets grumpy or annoyed for no apparent reason, it doesn't
happen too often though, but when it does, she's more aggressive, snappy and blunt! And sometimes,
though rarely, she gets sarcastic. But as fast as water flow, she could switch from annoyed to happy
again pretty quickly~ She doesn't notice when she gets moody though.

Back Story:

Kithood
It wasn't all too long ago when Sage and her two sisters were born to a Siamese Tabby Mix queen, how her
mother became pregnant was pretty much for ways to make kits and sell them to good homes. The three kits
were no different than cute bundles of fur on sale. Which would explain they didn't know who their father was.
It was some tom-cat for breeding purposes, one who wouldn't care whether he had kits or not. And like all kits
born from this Kittypet queen, they would soon be sold so she did not bother to name them.

It was 2 moons later, while Sage was dragging leaves into the house that her Mother scolded her! "Sage! That's
the garden's herbs, you shouldn't have taken them!" It was that moment the young kit named herself, she liked the
smell of Sage leaves, it smelt of pines like the forest beyond her caved in fences. She would sneak the leaves into
her bed and sleep with the scent of the forest~ Even though her Mother didn't want to get attached, Sage's cute
habit got to her and she couldn't help but love her kit. She would tell her stories of cats in the wild, stories of bloodshed
to scare her, they bonded quite well but all good things had to come to an end.

Another moon passed and both of Sage's older sisters had been sold, it was harder for Sage though. She didn't want
to leave her home, her special patch of Sage, the place she was born in. She became pretty paranoid that her new
home would be just tall walls with no way out. And she didn't want to leave her mother just when they were bonding.
But being 3 moons old, Sage was still too young to live on her own, so when her Upwalkers came, they adopted her and
she was separated from her mother, and from the world she knew.

2 more moons later, she soon forgot about her mother, her sisters, but she never forgot her true name and the love
of the Forest. Her Upwalkers called her 'Princess' but she didn't like the name, and never listens when she's called, but at
least her new home was closer to the forest than her last. There was even a small crack under the fence where she
would squeeze out and explore the beyond~

Young Cat
The forest was her Kingdom~ Sage loved the outdoors more than the comfy warm den of her Humans. She didn't even
mind the cold wind that blew harshly and made her fur icy cold. She just shivered and went "Burrrr~" before going back
to explore and find new plants to nibble on.

It was during one of her explorations that Sage learned of the forest cats, the ones who live in groups who hunt and live
together in harmony. It intrigued her curiosity and she wanted to learn more of these wild cats. She heard many gruesome
stories of how they eat other cats and fight off dogs, but she also heard wonderful stories of glory and battles won! But
what really interested her was the fact these cats uses plants to heal! She knew a couple plants already, but there the
ones who's effects weren't so good, like Yarrow used to make one sick.

Now at 9-10 moons, Sage finally left her Twoleg Den behind and went in search of a new family, a family of cats who
lives in the wild, the forest she loved. It was then she came across a group of cats that called themselves 'The Cause'
At first, she didn't understand what separated them, and she still didn't.. but she soon learned a cat there could Heal,
a Healer she was called. Yes, she wanted to be taught to heal too, to use herbs to cure instead of just nibbling on them
to figure out what they did, which was hard when you'd have to be sick to see if it worked or not.. She hoped she would
be accepted, and find out more of these wild cats~

RP Sample

Sage's brown tail whisked left and right and she licked her upper lip as she concentrated on the prey just
tail-lengths ahead of her. She took a delicate paw-step further, bits of dust falling down to the Barn floor,
a tiny 'creak' sound came from her moving forward. Yes, the young cat was way above the barn floor, just
under the roof ceilings, on one of those wooden poles that support the barn so it wouldn't collapse. She
was still an awful hunter and her belly was hungry enough to chase the mouse all the way up there. Since
the building itself was old, it was easy to find broken wood and piles of hay that could get her up there.
But with all the noise she was making, the mouse was always one step ahead of her, as though mocking her...

'I'm so close I can just.. taste it..~' she thought as she licked her upper-lip again, taking another paw-step
forward... but with a 'crack'! The pole gave way under her weight, she started to flail her front paws, trying
to grab anything! The kit's claws was able to latch onto her tail, for a second thinking it was the pole that
didn't break, only to realize it wasn't when she landed on a pile of old hay, bouncing twice until she rolled
down to the lowest level and onto the ground.

If not for the hay, she'd have broken all her bones... "Hng.." she groaned painfully as she got up and shook
the dead grass off her pelt, that wasn't fun at all, and the poor thing was still hungry. But before she tried
her luck again, she stretched. 'okay.. nothing..--?' Her mind paused in thought when she spotted a
somewhat familiar cat... someone she saw around but never really got around to talking to. He sure
looked... panicked? "Hey!" She meowed to him.
