Rattata, the worthless pokemon. Known for being leveling fodder for better pokemon and team rocket's second choice in party pokemon (beaten by Zubat). Even his semi-worthless evolved for raticate is useless, having an underwhelming moveset. Most trainers will catch rattata, ignore it, and then go to cinnabar island and catch raticate. Thus cementing rattata as worthless.

Rattata has good stats actually. Also, Hyper Fang is powerful and Super Fang halves the HP of any enemy.
