Remember this picture? [link]I decided the pose was nice and elegant as was most of the anatomy but the coloring was horrendous, both color choice and shading skill. Here is Valahrien in her more antique looking setting.

That new colour scheme is absolutely gorgeous! I love how crisp and fresh it looks in comparison with the old one. It has a more "Classical" feel to it.

The design is very beautiful as well ~ don't worry about the color. The scheme of white, gold/silver and turquoise is particularly gorgeous, and it's shade is easy on the eyes and makes for a very lovely piece of artwork.^^

Oooh... I really like this version, the soft teal background really speaks volumes and blends wonderfully. The lighter pale gold looks so much better than the hard gold did. I hope we get to see more of her!
