Her lower mane got muddied somehow, not quite sure how... it sux
If you're wondering how this relates to Hearths Warming or christmas, it's based on a youtube show called The Vinyl Scratch Tapes, where DJ Pon-3 and Octavia host a radio show and interveiw ponies such as Celestia and Spitfire.
In one episode, Octavia finds out Vinyl went through a polka phase as a filly, and for Hearth's Warming gives her an accordian as a gag gift, but she ends up liking it anyways.
heads up: Vinyl is a horrid singer.
Anyways... it's too late to say merry Christmas, so I'll settle for Happy Holidays everypony!

All I know is that I got really excited when I saw Vinyl holding an accordion, because that can only mean one thing: The Vinyl Scratch Tapes.
She looks so happy, it's so... freaking... adorable. I love the sparkle in her eyes (no relation to Twilight). Nice work!
