A little on the meloncholy side of things, I give you butterfly vortex. I created it in Paint Shop Pro just playing with brushes and the effects. The butterfly is a tube from the program and the frame is as well.I think this shows beauty on a chaotic landscape. I went with blues because I've been a little blue as of late. Looking at it now, I think I'm going to go back and try to do something a little Worhol-esque with three other colors. Still undecided on that, but I liked how it turned out so I'm sharing with you all.

I REALLY like this piece. The variety of blues in the background really make the butterfly stand out in the foreground, but they're not LOST to the overwhelming size of the butterfly. In fact, they enhance it. It's really quite striking!

Thanks. It's not much, but considering the slump I'm in creatively, I think it fits the mood.
