I wish I could be as happy as you are with this. I hope you don't get insulted because I am about to write some criticism here which will hopefully be constructive.. but most of it will come from either faithful to the original Nevan or aesthetics.
Nevan's retinas are a bit darker than this, for starters, and the eyes seem too big for what's an otherwise mature succubus. Yet, you went for concave cheeks, which somewhat makes her look mature, but Nevan didn't have cheeks like this. You also made her noce considerably smaller, and the lips make me think of Lara Croft. Wel, her entire face makes me think of Lara Croft, really, those thin eyebrows aren't helping either (Nevan's eyebrows were red and barely visible.) The problem with the lips is that you gave them angular shapes, which just aren't pronounced on Nevan's lips (but coincidentally are in Lara Croft.) Nevan's lips are thin, but they are a good amount of curvy, almost plump. Just like with the skin, the color is just flat and has no highlight at all.
Eyeshadow is also not part of the design, but aesthetically it fits on her and therefore looks natural so it's okay.
The bats look silly. They're just placed randomly and are way too tiny. The electricity is all over the place as well, and the rather cheap looking glow brings the quality of the picture down in matter of presentation. Overall the effect you were going for to represent her powers is just all over the place with little consistency. Reduce the amount of bats for example. Make the black mist look more natural and misty rather than dusty. And make a wider shot to get a bit more of the background into the frame, so that you can place the bats in not only fewer places, but better, more logical ones. With such a small frame, and with so many bats and lighting, the elements just end up look silly because there's no suggestion of movement. They're just stuck there, basically tacked onto the picture.
The skin hue is perfect, but you forgot to add some actual complexion. As such, it's just flat in all angles and makes her look like plain plastic. And even figurines, well the good ones, have highlights and shading on the skin. IN short, the skin lacks any texture of any kind. At one point I actually looked into the texture used in-game for her skin, and it has not only highlights of a slightly different hue (almost yellow) but also faint veins on her legs, breasts, etc; try to go for that as well, but keep in mind it's meant to add depth to the complexion in order to look more natural and organic.
My advice is that you rewatch the cutscenes in-game. Study the design a bit, and especially the features of her face. Your representation of Nevan's face is closer to being Lara Croft cosplaying as her than anything. Afterall, you did get her hair down extremely well, and it looks very natural, not only in matter of color, but also the entire shape. And it wouldn't hurt you to get a full body shot of her to work on the misty black "dress" she has going on.

I know. But I think, if someone has enough talent in (fan) art then they deserve something that actually helps them improve, rather than empty "awesome work!" comments. I hope you understand.
