Description
This is a concept sketch of Rainbow Dash I made last year, I had originally uploaded it to my twitter around September 2015. So, I just decided to upload it here too. xPRainbow's design was based off of a peregrine falcon.
I'll color it sometime in the future when I get done with requests.

Hmmmm, niiiiiice.
And although I've seen art of pegasi with the feather on the shoulders and such (and even tail feathers done on them by some artists), I don't think that I've EVER seen THIS particular take on them, what with their legs being drawn as actual BIRD legs (sort of), with all the detail of those entail, and even with talons on the front and rear fetlock joints.
