Superb starling (Lamprotornis superbus).Kansas City Zoo. I know this zoo had a bad reputation but they've fixed it up and its actually a really good zoo now. Its a bit oversized but a lot of the enclosures are really nice and spacious! I recommend visiting if you live nearby- great photo opportunities.
