I live. (Shhh, you don't know that.)Rafiki, Keeper of the Mysteries, reveals legends of old to the enchanted young ones of the Pride Lands. (Simba's attention seems to have shifted to that bowl of paint. (He has ADD. XD /joke.)

This is gorgeous! I would have loved some more interactions like this between Rafiki and the lions in the movie. And the bit with Simba is spot on!

Aww, it's awesome to see some TLK art that includes Rafiki! He hardly gets any attention. :/ This is awesome though, I always pictured him as a neat old story teller.

I find it sad how children these days have forgotten how entertaining and moving a good story can be when told properly and instead, drown themselves in TV and video games. I do my share of TV and games as an adult, but I still love hearing good stories...even if they're just told orally as in this picture. :

Loved this when you put it up on TLKFAA and I still love it now! Great job, I love the effect of objects between the viewer and the Rafiki and the cubs *blinks as she suddenly notices the shaddow at the bottom of the screen* Is the viewer actually a cub? Or is that a cub lower down but out of the main picture?
I didn't notice that the last time. Makes me love it even more if that's even possible!
