Description
When Frieza and his father arrived on Earth with the intention of seeking revenge, the Z-Fighters managed to defeat Frieza's army without problems by managing to stay hidden, but a mistake by Yamcha would end up give them away, giving them no choice but to try to face Frieza and his father until Goku arrived.

But even uniting their forces, the Z-Fighters were not capable of doing real damage to Frieza. However, before Frieza could kill Gohan, a punch would throw him against several rocks, saving Gohan.

Gohan initially thought it was his father, but to his surprise, the one who had arrived to save him was Superman, the first member of the Justice Avengers to arrive to the battlefield, with the rest arriving a few moments later.

Frieza, upon recovering from the attack, was surprised to see Superman, because Frieza believed that the Kryptonians had extinct with the destruction of their planet, taking this as an opportunity to extinguish another race that had been a pain in the ass to his empire.
