oof friend your art in general is so amazing. From the color choices to the textures. You have a great eye for composition. I hope you don't mind me asking but what is your process like? Do you have any videos or even just picture guides?
Sorry if this is a lot @___@);;; I really admire your art and as someone who feels completely mediocre, gazing through your beautiful gallery is so inspirational and I am so curious what some of your techniques are. I'm still trying to determine my own style and I am absolutely lost... @///@);; Sometimes I get so embarrassed that my art isn't anywhere near where I want it to be.
Anyways, thanks for hearing my overwhelming rambling out and thank your for sharing your wonderful art. If you don't want to answer any or all of my questions, I understand haha. At the very least, I just want to make sure you're aware that your art is inspirational and friggin amazing, even when it's on the simpler side like in this piece. c: Have a wonderful day!

Yoyo sorry for leaving this comment hanging, I’m extremely touched by your words! but I needed some time to try and think of some good advice haha
it can be really hard to feel happy with your own art. Even if other people like it, the artist themselves only see the flaws, or see what they were actually trying to create in their head.
Firstly I think it’s very important to remember art is a journey of improvement. Years from now you’ll probably look back on a current drawing you’re proud of and to you it’ll feel like a child drew it. Even though currently this is your best work!
The same goes for most artists! Art constantly improves, for some it happens faster then others. And others find a place they can be content with. Regardless
though it is important to look at others to get inspiration and figure out how you can improve, DONT devalue your own art/skills!! What’s mediocre in your eyes is likely inspirational to someone else!
it can be hard to move past those feelings, I get embarrassed of my own work a lot to. A few months ago I was getting really frustrated because it felt like everyone around me had become skilled artists while I was lagging behind. It made me want to stop drawing altogether.
But you have to just remind yourself that every drawing you’re dissatisfied with, is just another step closer to being in a place where you’re happy with your style/skill!
It’s not a race!
As for actually art advice this is just some stuff I try to to!
-don’t force yourself to finish a drawing if it’s for practice
-don’t be shy to fuck around with colors! Look at color pallets or when looking at others work see what looks nice to you
-less is more a lot of time when using color. Pick some main colors and stick with them
-don’t be scared to use more bulky shading
-depending on what’s your goal with the drawing decide if warm or cold colors work better. Color can often set up an
Atmosphere better then the picture its self
if you took the lines away from a drawing does it still invoke the same feelings?
-avoid white and black (this is something I use for my style) instead try using different colors for shines like neon blue, or dark purples/blues instead of black
If you need white trying using a light blue or yellow instead
