Suddenly had this idea while watching something completely unrelated to Pokemon xD Though related to cooking.

Uhm....he doesn't have a name yet xD this is a REALLY rough design. I'll probably fix some things up, I just wanted to get him down. Name suggestions plz? :3

I do know that he is from Johto, and Ecruteak City to be exact.

He's a chef there, and obviously loooooves to cook xD He is pretty serious and unemotional, and is really focused on his interests.

He also has a Cyndaquil. Helps him cook on the road. He decided to become a Pokemon trainer xD just out of boredom, and also to try other cuisine from other places. Thought it was the easiest excuse, and gives him something else to do.

Will decide his other Pokemon and such later on, and revamp his design xD I wanna use him more~

Anyway, yeah ;D This will probably be updated with a better pic sooner or later.
