As a Chinese I cannot understand what 邮件群儒 is. There was an ancient story named 舌战群儒 in China but I cannot find any relationship between the two things.

Uh, no I meant the Type 98 Main Battle Tank. Only a handful were made but they never entered service, they were considered as a prototype before it was decided to use the Type 99 as China's Main Battle Tank.
