Well I've been taking jewelry crafting classes for some time now, the teacher has all the necessary materials.
This one actually involved quite a few tools, as it had to be sawed, filed, hammered, soldered, and so on

Just a jewelry class in my spare time, unrelated to any formal education... that's really the only way to properly learn anything
