Yeah I know I said I wouldn't draw anything for myself until my requests were done but...the fangirl in me beat the crap out of my willpower last night. FFVIII will always hold a special place in my gamer girl heart for it was the very first Final Fantasy I ever played.
Tidbit about be...Before I discovered Belldandy my old net handle was always Rinoa or Sweet_Rinoa and I practically lived at a Final Fantasy VIII community on MSN

you need to play VII and IX. IX is another of my favorites. X-2 was okay. I enjoyed it anyways. not a phenomenal game but a good one.

Haha, I share your fangirlism. And gamergirlism (I guess XD). Twas my first FF as well, and I fell in love with it. I talk about it a LOT. Rinoa is most definitely one of my fave characters, and this pic is sooo cute! I love how you drew the eyes. O u O

me and hunny go at it over VIII cause he says it sucks and then I tell him he never got past disc one so his opinion means nothing to me. *sigh* It's one of the few things we don't agree on.

Eh well FF7, 8 and 9 are the ones you either love or hate. Oh and Tactics(not advance)/Lion War. But Tactics is awesome so I ignore it's haters LOL

I still think he should have given it more of a chance...he didn't even get that far into disc one. He got to the parade thing where you were supposed to kill edea.
I love 7&9 too. Zidane is one of my fav FF mens.
I was never big on tactics. I could see the appeal and the good things about it but they weren't for me. CC are a hit and a miss too.
How do you feel about X-2 and 12? I for one loved both of them.

I didn't really like 12, just played a little bit of it. The main char(vaan)sucks lol. Loved X-2 though even though it didn't really feel Final Fantasy-ish to me xD
I liked the dress spheres. Fun times indeed.
I liked the classics too. FF1, 2, 3(and the original 3 which is fan translated), 5 and 6.
Heck I even liked Mystic Quest, but mainly 'cause that one was funny lol

it took a while to grow on me but I liked it well enough. I don't know how much I consider it a FF though.

I think I am sorta excited for Versus maybe or the Agilo Agito whatever it's called one. I'd love a remake of the original CC or a remake of 8 or 9.

Lol have you ever played the Chinese remake/rip off of FF7 on the NES? There's a translation/rom of it. It's not bad for a company that has no money and ripped various games off to make it, it managed to put a lot of the story in. It's not as good as FF any of them though.

vary aweomse. nice lines and vary good poportion (XP chibi-wize). the style is a little weird (jaged, huge relistic hair with chibi body) but still, vary, vary good.
