Tales of Tajii is pretty much a midway story for characters from different series. Characters from A Hero's Tale, Slayer, The Written, Wind Surf and Ma Cherrie are featured in it

There are four gods that are still left in the story; there's Maria, whose changed her appearance a bit since A Hero's Tale; there's Masoa, whose still as serious and solemn as always; Spirit God Tsuy jumps in every now and then; and Airen very often appears in the sky on his flying ship. Out of all the gods, he's the most interesting to portray I think, since his personality is quite deceiving

Oh, she is She's quite relentless, actually. She's very aggressive. She's just captured because she wants to be Tajii refuses to save her because she basically throws herself on the ship, anyways. So Taij has to act the hero

LOL! A spiky haired Luna would be EPIC! B-but of course, Taij would be strictly more black than white I do love Tint though-- I may have to incorporate him into the story somehow. He would look awesome on Taij's shoulder

And you always do such a good job with your group pictures! There's such awesome stunning little details! The stained glass was really epic too!

Somewhat, yeah Specifically, Tajii's book acts like a magic stone. In the land of Haura, magic is derived from the Land of the dead-- Semaj's territory, if you will. The magic from that land becomes the magic in the real world. Some magic users use their own bodies to convert magic into an effect. Characters like Jae (Who has the ability to erase memories and create false illusions in the mind) use their minds to convert magical power into an effect. Dollmaker Julius uses his dolls to speak with the dead; they're sort of like magical vessels. However, people like Alicia wear different stones so that their bodies don't take any damage. The stones convert magical energy before the user actually... uses it. Magic without a stone is unstable, but magic WITH a stone is far more powerful. Tajii's book is a heirloom to an ancient family. There was once known as the "Choir of Judgement", because their books could take things in reality and erase them, or make the unbelievable come to life. 'Course, Tajii doesn't use her book for that purpose though; she's not even aware of that history in the beginning of her tales.

But anyways, Tajii's book is like a magic stone in that it takes her thoughts and makes them real through a sort of conversion. However, since she's the only one that owns this magic, no one else can use her book for the same purpose. There are only other two writers that could use the book-- Ty and Jyn. At one point in his own story, Ty writes with his own blood because he doesn't have his book. Still, not using the book has.. dire consequences, to say the least.

Actually, I wanted to ask for a bit of background so I can capture their characters well And I'm not exactly sure how to incorporate them-- but I incorporate a ton of other characters from other stories into Tales of Tajii (Like Lucifer, Jae, Cherry..) so I thought it would be possible

You've told me about that before. :'D It's fun to intersect other stories, right? Hmm...? The Written? That's new. Is it Ty's story?

Oh yeah, I almost forgot some of them "disappeared" in a certain story. :'D WAIT! Masoa's there?! YAY! I can't wait to see what happens between him and Maria. if ever. Now, I just realized I also have a Night God OC. I haven't come up with a name for him yet but he's the husband of Agos, the water goddess, who is also the BFF of Gaius, Atrix's foster mother goddess/Earth Goddess. :'D There are 3 other divine beings in Veiled. Two are spirits and another a god. Tsuy? Another god, I'm not familiar with yet. I'll find out who he is in ToT. I agree, deceiving characters are fun. I have a feeling that is just the tip of the iceberg, though.

I like to poke some fun on him. He's too quiet for his life. ;A; That would be awesome. I can't wait to see how he gets to Taij or Tajii. Over my minor absence on dA, I started doodling him quite a few times. I made him take off Taij's earphones. He thinks he's being ignored and screamed into his ear. Taij kind of got mad at him and as punishment, he dyed him black. *slapped* Me and my random ideas.

Thank you. Group pictures are fun and challenging! Come to think of it, I hardly see group pictures in your gallery these days. At least, that's what my part of the sketch trade is for once I scan it.

Ah, I see now. Just something similar. WOW! I know everything must always come from somewhere but magical energy from the land of the dead. That's one of the unique sources I've ever heard. Just thinking about it reminds me what was Taij doing in the graveyard before he came to life. Oh well, I'll find out. ;u;b Magic is in everything that's for sure. I'm quite surprised with all the magic mediums you came up with. ;u; Jae's magic is quite interesting. <3 Although, that does explain why Alicia has a lot of stones apart from giving her control over all 6 elements. The "Choir of Judgement"? It sounds kind of intimidating group us thinking about their name. ;u; I can't wait to see how they are revealed to Tajii in the series. <33333333333333333333

Writing with your own blood sounds painful. ;u; I know it's because he's not using his magic stone but wait... does this have something to do wit Jyn,who is another character who I have yet to know about in Ty's story. ;u;

I'm not sure how to answer this properly since I don't have a really concrete plot for Veiled. It might depend from which timeframe in Veiled is the "entrance" in ToT. (Yes, I don't mind putting this in Veiled either. ) I guess this is going to cost Lunarix's true identity...

Star Seraphs are 3 angels who grant wishes. They don't always "ride" on the same star to grant someone's wish. This causes the wishing itself to be more difficult since the wisher must communicate with the right star to get his/her wish granted. He would also smile every time as he tells one. He stopped when they arrived in Christine's world. The last story was about an impossible wish which he never finished telling. When he arrived in Christine's world, he didn't trust people so easily since he was new to her world. :'D It also had something to do with his past.

I'm not exposing his exact identity yet but you can tell me to do so, as well as take a guess on what he is. ;u; Anyway, was the information sufficient? I really don't mind answering more questions and spoiling some more.

LOL, I know! But it's always so much fun! (Once you get the time to answer them! )

Yup, the Written It's Ty's story, and also very much a tale of romance He falls in love with a girl named Emily, whose the cutest thing ;u; She has such an innocent and cutesy personality. She always wears colorful things, and wears this little flower accessory in her hair that she recieved before her mom passed away At the beginning of the story, Ty's just a child and helps out his divorced mother as she tries to make a living doing bouquets. A man comes to the house one day-- Serzio, Emily's father. He requests a bouquet for Emily's mom without reason. However, upon coming back to watch Ty's mom create the bouquet, he reveals that his wife is passing away. Ty and Emily meanwhile, work together to create a bouquet for her funeral, and the two of them become close, considering the fact that they both have a parent they've lost. The story picks up again when Ty's eighteen and trying to get a job. (He believes he's incredibly talentless ) Emily works at a bar and recognizes the book that he's holding and the little signature ponytail with the golden clip in his hair and invites him to the Famous Moon Festival. That's.. when the story picks up, I suppose. The main characters are Ty, a shy yet talented writer. Emily, an outgoing and sweet bar keeper and Lily, a pixie that hides on Ty's shoulder. (She was actually created when he was a child- his first creation)

Actually, Masoa and Maria interact quite a bit in A Hero's Tale, even though they're not very much on speaking terms after.. certain circumstances many years ago. In A Hero's Tale, Maria's constantly fawning over him though, and Masoa makes many appearances as well. There's a break in the story that's more serious and him and Maria fight side by side. Oh, it was SO much fun to write ;u;

A Moon God, huh? And you want to come up with a name for him? Do you have anything that you might want in particular? A foreign name with meaning, or..? I could help you out! But anyways, he sounds like he'd be an awesome character! And I love all of the way your gods are connected; they seem like one big happy family!

Tsuy is the most serious of all the gods. He's the second oldest after Maria and makes most of his appearances in Wind Surf. He mascarades as a pirate and very often battles with Airen the pirate. In Tales of Tajii, he's very emo And in A Hero's Tale, he's unbelievably one of the main characters. One of the Heaven members, Meersa, is actually in a posession of sorts. Tsuy actually uses her body very often in the story; Meersa barely ever speaks for herself

OMG! I absolutely love this idea! It's so cute! I did a collaboration with someone once that involved Taij losing his earphons, and it was incredibly epic Of course, Luna would probably get punished by Taij-- he's quite sensitive when it comes to his music. At the same time, he might have a bit of admiration for the guy that actually manages to steal his earphones. Ah, I need to sketch that one day too ;u;

Yes, I suck at group pictures Truly, I find them nearly impossible to do. I think it's because I lack patience .-. That, and the color pencils that I use fade when I work on a picture for too long. So I tend not to work on that many characters at once. Still, I'd love nothing more than to do a huge picture of many OCs from a certain story; it would be lots of fun

Jae is one of my more unique characters, just because he doesn't do much fighting with his hands. In fact, one of the greatest magic masters of all time attempted to teach him how to use many different magic and physical mediums but he failed at everything. Hunson, who is pro at arrow and bow, tried to teach him how to use a bow and arrow (Signature weapon of Malsefo) but he failed miserably and nearly shot a woman in passing. With a sword, he fumbles and stumbles because of the weight. When asked to attack anything, he will retreat to a corner and pretend that he's incapable of fighting Yet, when you ask him to break through someone's mind defenses, he can do it in a heartbeat. He likes to peer into people's minds a lot too-- especially Samantha's

Choir of Judgement is incredibly skilled. They're killed very early though, in Wind Surf The only surviving member is a single kid, who holds the book that Tajii does now. Come to think of it, Ty once held the same book Tajii does :'D But whatever the case, it's one of the only books still in existence. ..Supposedly, anyways ;D I try not to make Tales of Tajii too serious and complicated but I can't help it sometimes

And indeed, Jyn plays a huge part in the story His character is.. rather unique. Especially in that she doesn't exist in reality, but in his body >_> It's the reason one of his eyes is a gold color and why he sometimes speaks to himself. Tajii and Taij mock him everytime he starts talking because he changes accents sometimes depending on who's speaking

Lucifer's a nerd at heart In a Hero's tale, he wears contacts and wields both magic and swords with great talent. In Tales of Tajii, he goes back to wearing glasses and lazes around people's houses with T-shirts. He still holds a great fear of spiders but remains sophisticated at most times. And although he seems very much like a lazy bum, doing nothing but reading and studying, he's still rather skilled with a sword >_> He could easily take James in a sword fight.. Still.

Ah, reading through their descriptions was so much fun!

Atrix reminds me of Serenity; she's so sweet and laid back! And ticklish.. d'aw, that's adorable! ;u; And her and Luna seem so close! He used to tell her stories? Aw.. that's so sweet <3 And it's nice to know that he's always there for her; he seems so supportive! And Atrix seems like such an innocent character, it would be really fun to write about her I'd love to learn more about Gaius one day- she seems like an awesome character!

And dear Luna is pure awesome He's so.. myserious, and I absolutely love his character. Calm and quiet but with Atrix, carefree yet protective It seems like they have such a sweet relationship! Seeing her become more independant must be more difficult for him.. Oh, and I can totally see him and earphone-less Taij getting into an incredibly heated argument He sounds pretty stubborn!

And the Star Seraphs.. they sound really interesting! Would Luna happen to be... one of these Star Seraphs? I don't know but that last unfinished story sounds rather mysterious! I'd love to know, but I don't want to spoil too much for myself ;u; You have to post their story immediately!

And definitely! The next chapter I was starting to make.. was about fishing. Somehow, I feel as if you spoke about Luna and fishing one time. Am I totally off? @__@ The next chapter is called "Fishing for compliments.. Literally" and is about a fishing competition. The grand prize is a lot of money and Tajii forces Taij to enter in hopes that she can pay off the rent at her house. However, as the Moon Festival is coming up, people from different countries and lands are arriving in the vicinity-- including the ever famous Jae Farren (Yes, THAT Jae ) I thought I could somehow incorporate Luna and Atrix into that, and that it might be interesting to see how they interact in such a large competition.

There's also a sea dragon involved.. just for the heck of things Would such an event fit the two? And if so, what would their reason be for joining and coming to this town? That, I am still trying to make sound believable

So far, this one's our longest conversation and also most updated one! I remember one of our other long ones; it took me quite a long time to reply because I had school and it was several months after I discovered that it's safe to reply with my cellphone ('cause some of them don't send ;u; ) Oh yeah, I agree with you on that. I end up sitting down on my couch whenever I do so.

The Written sounds so romantic. Call me random, Emily sounds hugable because one, she sounds cute, two, I wanna comfort her and wish her luck with Ty ;u; and three, she has the same name as my teddy bear. *slapped* Ty also sounds huggable. >u Ah, childhood friends romance is so sweet~ especially when the two can really relate to each other. Childhood-related themes are just one of my favorites because I like the feeling of nostalgia and a wee bit of vintage which has something to so with brown.

I know their immortal and they can live for quite a long time. Although, I find unique because of the fact that it takes the both of them a long time to develop themselves and their social being. ;u; I don't want to spoil myself so I'll just wait in suspense of how the battle's gonna go. ;u;b It's just so exciting. >u<

Mmmm.... When I thought about him, he was originally the current Moon God but after I came up with the Star Seraphs, I decided to make him the Night God (because it's basically the same in a way) I think you could tell who his "sons " are by now. Also, I think you might be able to decipher who watches over Luna every time he fishes. Oh yeah, in Veiled, the angels are the apprentices or servants of the gods so when the current god decides to retire he/she assigns one of his/her angels who will take his/her place. The gods who have no angels are called spirits. Seraphs are also angels but they're doing a job that is really part of a god's duty. ;u; Although, there was a case where an angel of a god took the place of a god of a different element. I'm a big-family-person. I just have a lot of cousins on my mother's side. ;u; About naming, I'm either going with Latin (which I will edit with affixes) or jumble some Filipino words. (Although, I stuck with the original like Alon and Agos. Alon's name means "wave" and Agos' name means "flow". I usually get mixed up between the two because of their similar vowels and similarity in meaning.) I'm not sure if I could name the Night God just yet. I haven't given him a concrete personality apart from being a fun-lover and how strict he can be at times and intimidating. ;u; I just realized how much his sons are very much like their "dad". It's quite reflective of me, though; I'm lax at night. Sure, I'm open for suggestions.

OHMY----! Just how long do these people live!!! ;A; Tsuy sounds so cool. I like how you fitted him in 3 different stories and retain his character. Aye, about time I heard a member of Heaven especially a quiet one like her. I can't wait for her appearance in AHT. Wee, masquerade! Ah, when I see masks, I think of my OC Screen. She's He's keen on keeping her his identity a secret due to certain events in her his past. She He also keeps a lot of masks. She He wears different ones at times.

Whoops, I forgot to add a subject there. Luna was the one who needs to be poked with fun while Tint was supposed to be the one who gets to be dyed black so that his name would be Hue. Luna would probably do that one day. I "dyed" his hair black twice in my doodles before. I can't say he looked unrecognizable but it was surprising to see him with black hair.

Hoho, I remember that you wanted to do a group picture of Heaven once. It appeared quite a lot in your artist's description about the members of Heaven. ;D I'll try to add that in as well in our collab trade. Oh yeah, I know what you mean. >__> They are colored dusts, after all ;u; and they can be blown away by the smallest amount of air. Anyway, they do take patience. I usually prepare a draft of how it's going to look like (either I use stick men or blobbly men) so that I don't take too much time on their poses. Someday, I wanna do an artwork like *cartoongirl7 's Game On! There are just so many characters to appreciate. ;A; I just find group pictures necessary for me to practice or doodle often so I could get used to interacting/crowded scenes in creating manga. ;u;

Oh wow, Jae sounds quite persistent for someone who failed at other fields. It could be just me. ;u; Well, if you think about it, weapons are tricky to handle if you have a weak body. =__= but weaknesses can always expose your strengths. Anyway, if I were to choose mental or physical pain, it'd probably physical because if it's mental, I'd probably not move at all. Hmm... Samantha? As in, Sammie of Sunrizon?

THAT early?! That's surprising! I'm excited to see how it goes in Wind Surf. Some random questions popped into my head about that book. I think I don't want to answer that just yet because it's too cruel! (Yes, it's about ToT) ...But I like serious and complicated concepts! They make me research more about the story and read the whole thing again and again until I know what it's about! *v*

Oh, that I can imagine. Poor Jyn. ;u; I wonder how that happened. ;A; (His character being in his body, I mean.) Oh well, I'll find out. He's one of the most unique characters I've ever heard. Lucy can be so adorable sometimes. Although, I did wonder what happened to his glasses in AHT. You make want to doodle him as a kid with glasses and his cheeks puffy. (I can be very random when it comes to cute things. ;u; )

I would say the same for your OCs~

In fact, Gaius is the prime cause of her innocence. She doesn't stay in the heavens with the other divine beings. She really keeps a close eye on Atrix since she's her only angel. She even asks Breeze, a spirit who was her friend when they were still angels to watch over her. Everytime, they go on a walk, Gaius would sometimes cover her eyes when she sees something that's not for her. Although, these events caused her to be naturally curious.

It's probably taken after his father. Actually, he's kind of fine with it but he just feels lonely when he's not relied on. OMG! You're right! That's going to be interesting! I'm excited how it'll happen. He's really open to listening (due to his assigned job as a Star Seraph which would be listening to wishes) BUT he just wants to be listened as well. ;D He gets mad only when don't hear him out. ;u;

The incident (or aftermath) of the impossible wish is the cause of why Lunarix wants to be heard. Anyway, I might have to re-do the whole plot first because of some factors that seem useless now. The embarrassing secret behind Lunarix's clip is that it bends light to make his hair look short (Yes, it's long-somewhere between neck and his shoulders). He was one of the stereotypes where the boy who saved the main character in the past is actually the boy with the main character the whole time; he had long hair when he saved Atrix. I decided to scratch that later on. :/ Right now, I don't see how his clip could be of use to him as a star seraph (especially with the long hair- I think added that to poke some fun before). He'll probably use it when he's not on duty.

He fished for survival! He also developed some arm strength because he only used a long stick and and string. He is familiar with the modern-day fishing pole but he still prefers the traditional one, though. I just realized Atrix was vegetarian until she met Lunarix. With the variables like not having any money (when traveling between worlds) and also finding food because they are provided in both in their worlds and Xine's, they'll probably enter just for the fish if there's no other fishing spot with good and boneless fish. (Yes, Lunarix is that picky with fish. ) About the money, maybe they'll need it to find some place to stay for the night. However, they already got used to the wilderness as kids and might end up sleeping outside anyway so I don't think they'll need it except for food. If they don't spend it all, they might give the rest away.

Hmmm... =^= Atrix and Lunarix jumps back and forth between their world and Christine's world at certain times. I'm not sure if I should put this at the end of Veiled. Maybe doing it quite often caused them to be stuck in Haura for a while. Let's say they took a detour, IDK. It's quite fitting. A little interaction will do them good. :3 I'm quite excited.
