its pretty long to explain
plus you should see the series of Moville first if you want a full understanding of what i am talking about

but i am gonna draw key notes for ya
1 Both universes are really similar/thee function under the same type of rules
2 bill boon was very similar to both bill cipher and ford, he is a conspiracist, a inventor, a watchman*he has security camera's everywhere in town and even in peoples houses* he is in his late teens just like his friends whitch he knows his party's drugs drinks sex etc, he is aware of time and space, he created time travel shoes and a Anti gravity machine, mosley Moville his oldest friend has godlike powers and is aware of the multiverse
3 ider one of these characters have a very strong connection to there main colors *with bill its a diffrant story sins he is in a sans is gray/silver colored with blue red and darker gray and brown as his corrupted bill cipher form is in the colors of gold black blue and red

4 the destroyed nightmare universe bill comes from is described as a swirl of colors whitch in the Moville mysteries universe is Filled with rainbow colors dark tones and very types of pastel colors,
the Moville universe is a place of acceptance of the weird and odd... ford's cup of tea so to speak

5 i truly believe bill in thee end didn't destroy his world on purpose but by something else
something that make the Moville universe a corrupted jumbled mess
leaving bill with a broken body and a corrupted mind, his memories washed out and buried inside
with only the shadows of his friends to keep him company *whitch explains why those so callt God like creatures are so weak and can barely fight on there own*

that's how i have it sofar
for more you need to read the birth of bill cipher description

I have watched the hole Moville series through a few months ago so I know it.
I can see some of the similarities, but still...I don't know... it seems kinda far fetched?

Still interesting idea/theory though.
Would be an interesting idea for a fanfiction or something, somehow.

On an end note, I do LOVE the idea of Stanford (or Gravity Falls in general) being mixed up with Moville Mysteries.
Just like a mix with Rick and Morty would be awesome.

Far fetched?!?

gravity falls where there is a Giant axolotl flowding frow space and time
sure that's more realistic right

but anyway that idea will probleby never come true
sins I am the only one who is actively involved with Moville mysteries with making theories Fanart and planning a reboot comic series
not to mansion how much I suck at writing a fanfiction

until somebody wants to actively support this show that isn't me
its never gonna happen *i know sins i am doing this on my own for years*

Erh? not sure you and I have the same understanding of what "far fetched" means. I just meant that the theory itself might be a little too... what can I say... extreme in a way? I mean it's an awesome idea but I doubt Alex Hirsh would go that far as to linking an old series like Movlle Mysteries to Gravity Falls like that.

... but then again who knows. the guy loves to play tricks with us. ^^''

the name of the town the characters of Moville Mysteries live in does however sound alot like Gravity Falls. So I gotta admit I have thought that Alex might like Moville as well.
I mean. Ouiji Falls and Gravity Falls? Hmmm...

Whelp I dunno. Maybe I should rewatch both series. Maybe there's more stuff that could give some spark to this theory if I watch the shows again.
