Description
Out of all the inmates at Arkham, this weapon’s wielder was by far the most complex and dangerous villain that I have ever encountered.

It was on a dark and stormy night, the caped savior and I were on an investigation together hunting down a criminal who was notorious for leaving encrypted puzzles at crime scenes all over the kingdom of Gotham.

And yet at each crime scene, we uncovered the same symbol of a green hook with a bulb at the bottom. I thought of the messages as a sick twisted jest.

Thankfully, the caped savior was able to solve this mystery and was able to track the culprit to an abandoned library on the outskirts of the city.

We rushed in and found the enigmatic villain with their latest victim. As we approached to capture him, he unleashed a mob of animate suits of armor without its host.

After the long and intense quarrel, we were able to stop the villain and rescue the hostage. We sent the criminal to Arkham where he won’t harm anyone ever again.

After locking the criminal away, we stored his weapon, the origin of his calling card, into the weapons vault at Arkham. However, later that day, the weapon somehow managed to escape the vault and was just about return to the criminal. I managed to grab it before it got close to the inmate.

When I picked it up, I could feel his presence in my head as though he was trying to hex me to release him. Luckily the caped savior took the weapon from my hand before I could do anything.

I tried to warn him about the weapon’s ability but to both the inmate’s and my surprise, the weapon had no effect on the caped savior.

The inmate questioned furiously why the weapon’s magic wasn’t working on him. The caped savior replied: “because my will is stronger than yours”.

Weapon ability (primary): allows the wielder to create sentient avatars to be used in all sorts of situations whether it’s for combat or for strategic uses. (Secondary): allows mental suggestion or control over others depending on how strong their mental wills are.
