LOVING IT!
Only suggestion I suppose is have a couple places on your face for highlights and shadows of a slightly darker and lighter blue?
What did you use for the ears? Were they just normal latex ears and then you painted them or were they made with that colour?

You'll probably need to pick up a few more colours of makeup. I would suggest a midnight blue or a purple for the shadows and a green or 'Cinderella blue' for the hilights. Like Silentsteel mentioned you need to add in shade, especially under the cheekbones and your neck/behind the ears. I also found that adding the darker shades into your hairline makes the world of difference in case your wig shifts. I usually end up with five layers of colour by the time I am done the key is blending it all together. Also, adding a lot more contrast to your eye makeup will be very beneficial, especially adding a little more around the eyeline area. While it might look too much in the bathroom lighting it'll look amazing in photos and convention lighting. Also, I used false (natural look) eyelashes last time I dressed up as Troll and the difference was phenomenal. My sister was the one who taught me what I know but I have also found the experimenting and practice is the key!
On a subject of curiosity, do you have the tusks wired together (like braces behind the teeth) or just capped on? I use a cap I made myself for my tusk and I have found that polident is amazing stuff, I can even eat with it! One thing I did find is you might want to wear your tusks for a few hours at a time to get used to them. My first set I made ended up giving me jaw issues after wearing them for a full day. Also, if you can find a 'lasting wear' lip colour it will help stop the blue paint from rubbing off during the day.

Well in the Troll Wolrd, If you look closely, you find that the Females' Tusks are actually attached to their upper jaw, not the lower, For another thing, It'll make it easier to talk. =/ Hope that helps.

Not on all, like the oni tusks, they're attached to the lower jaw.

To use the image, it's not an official image from Blizzard, it's fanart. Though yes, the idea of the bull elephants are most likely where Blizz refers them to.
A good reference, straight from Blizzard, for the tusks would be the troll druid forms where the tusks come from the lower jaw. Then again, it might have been easier to skin them that way.
Also, quoted from the fanart's artist's comments: "Because of this, from now on, I've decided to draw my male trolls like so. My female trolls though, will have their smaller sized tusks come out from the mandible."
However, it's up to the artist to choose some wiggle room when it comes to their art, or not.

You look awesome! Might I suggest some spots to 'darken' with the darker blue? Such as below the eyes up to the inner curve of the eye/nose, the outer curve of the nostrils, a little under the lower lip . . . heck, all the spots we normally would cover up with extra concealer for hot date night? XD Because those spots are naturally darker on the face.

This is awesome! Where did you get those teeth from? My main recommendation would be to add more depth to the blue. If you had a slightly darker blue that you could blend in certain areas for contrast it would really add depth to the make up. Looks great!
